Gossip II

靜如處子,動如脫兔
Mild as brewed vintage espresso, Wild as roaring carbon TREK.
Once upon a time, China is not the equivalent of the world’s the kid, who copies from others in the class, dictates at home. Once upon a time, China tells the world how to live its life.

The lingering fragrance of ‘Starbucks’, or Barnes & Noble, has pervaded in my head, as the typical starting of my life under the Starts and Strips. My campus provides neither hot water as CUHK, nor an easy way to boil my own ‘tea water’; so much for my idea of appreciating a cup of tea daily. It might be, however, the will of god to guide me to my adventure of coffee and the related, particularly ‘espresso’.

This little handsome moka pot brought me into the exploration of its mechanism, after the coffee, magically, popped out from the mouth automatically one day. I was shocked,
but excited, as if I found the new continent as the famous ancestor, as if I was 10 years younger and filled with curiosity of the ‘Brave New World’. Physics, Pressure, Force, Atoms, Heat and the likes, all of a sudden, were called on by this phenomenon and roaring in my head. This is how, while some might lose their sight of, life always does its best to bring genuine happiness. The next step is plunging smooth milk into boiled-boiling coffee, to the just-enough level.

As for characteristics of the vigorous bunny, it, perfectly, matches the means of my life, not mention the requirements of those whatever programs in well-known corporations.

Belays on, climb away.

You never make a stop before, against all odds, conquering the top. There are times when your upper arms are as hard as rocks in your way, when your legs were scratched and bleeding, when you lost the sight of everything but desperation, and when you had, and only had, one thing in mind: go for it.

Riding on the trail, bike maters, but more importantly, biker maters. Being sensitive to anything on the bumpy trail is just a little bit more than basics, but your braveness and love to the earth will doubtlessly be awarded by relentless your riding on.

FYI:
(Bragging myself as a science student in Chongqing No.1 Middle School, class 2008)

1. Fill ground coffee into sector B, the filter, and water in sector A.

2. When water is boiling and evaporating, increased pressure in sector A will push over-100-degree water up through sector B and finally popping into sector C. During the time, genuine flavor would be extracted and melt in the steamy water.

3. Proper coffee is always accompany with proper creamy milk, with hazelnut savory.
